Gerlinde Weinzettl, is in her early thirties, married with two lovely children, and has been living in New Zealand since 1993.
In her native Austria, Gerlinda graduated in 1988 from the school of ceramic arts in Stoob. Since then it was and still isGerlinda's endeavor to constantly improve techniques and experiences about different clay, new materials, as well as raising little ones.
Gerlinda attended Toi Rauangi-visual arts at the Te Wananga o Aotearoa for four years, and enjoyed the professionalism of her kaiako and the friendship of her fellow tauira. Currently she is expanding into the world of drawing and painting as well as working with clay, and intends to carry on on this path.
