Steve Oldfield, our resident framer has many years experience in the framing business. Steve is a New Zealand Qualifed Guild Framer, a qualification on par with international standards. 

We have an extensive range of New Zealand made and imported frames, all the latest fashions and trends from around the world, and also timeless classics. A huge range of coloured mat surrounds are available to choose from.

Thornton Gallery offers museum grade and conservation framing, using rag mats, acid free mats and conservation glass, through to standard framing and materials.

We can frame anything:
